La Concordia is a typical Tuscan country estate in the heart of the Maremma. The historic rustico from the late 18th century is enthroned on a hill between the medieval town of Massa Marittima and Ribolla. The extension that was built later was built with great attention to detail and, above all, in accordance with the philosophy and style of the house. The house, divided into three apartments, can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 double bedrooms. The entire residence includes a large garden with terrace and pavilion, a pizza oven and a barbecue, as well as the pool with a lounge area and a breathtaking view of the Maremma. The property is in the heart of 5 hectares of land with 250 olive trees, an orchard and vegetable garden and a surrounding forest.

The Grounds.
The History
La Concordia means harmony and was originally a ruin in the middle of the forest, which was renovated by an Italian farmer. The extension was added to the original rustico and the property was converted into an agroturismo. Horses, pigs and chickens were kept here.
The driveway
To get to the property, coming from the main road, you cross a beautiful oak forest, which attracts plenty of mushroom pickers in autumn, provides pleasant shade in hot summer days and opens the wild boar hunting season in November.
The Pool Area
A beautiful stone path overgrown with lavender leads to the lower terrace of the property. Here is a pool with a pavilion and sufficient sunbathing areas that invite you to linger. The pool area has a small bar and seats 14 people for drinks and small snacks.
The Garden
The south-facing garden is bordered by a surrounding hedge of fennel, laurel bushes, mimosa and gorse bushes. The upper terrace belonging to the outbuilding offers a breathtaking view of the Maremma. Again, there is enough space for 14 people for lunch and dinner. The clear nights with a breathtaking starry sky invite you to watch shooting stars and enjoy the silence of the forest. The adjoining pizza oven and grill offer outdoor events for balmy summer evenings.
The Olives
The 250 olive trees were planted below the house according to organic cultivation and the wholesome olive oil receives the organic certification every year. The large, fenced area invites you to take a short walk through the olive groves and to the orchard on mild summer evenings.
The Valley
The location of La Concordia is unique. Not far from the sea and in the middle of nature and in a quiet place, nature and Tuscany lovers will get their money's worth here. At any time of the year, the view from the house into the vastness of the Maremma offers a fantastic spectacle. The silence and tranquility in the middle of nature are a perfect setting for Yoga and Meditation.
